Emily Osborne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service account management and business operations, currently serving as a Regional Program Manager at the National Inventors Hall of Fame since 2019. Prior to this role, Emily held multiple positions at Diebold Nixdorf, including Senior Service Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing top-tier national customer relationships, performance reporting, and contract negotiations. Additionally, Emily has served as Senior Director for Global Business Services and Support, focusing on Order to Cash functions, as well as driving sales and service operations to achieve significant revenue targets in North America. Emily's career began at Mercury Finance Company, LLC, where success in operations and management earned recognition with awards for outstanding branch performance. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from Ashland University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Sciences from Ohio University.
