Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at the National Library of Israel since June 2015, Tomer has previously held various managerial roles at Pelephone from 2009 to 2015, including Department Sales & Service Manager, Project Manager, and Branch Manager. Tomer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and two master's degrees from David Yellin Academic College of Education, one in Library and Information Science and another in Education (MEd).
