Dawn Lee Minter

Dawn Lee Minter, CAP, has extensive experience in administrative support and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO & President Mehran Assadi at National Life Group since August 2009, Minter is also a Board Director for the National Life Group Foundation since July 2021. Prior to this, Minter held positions including Executive Assistant to the President at Vermont Land Trust, and Bookkeeper/Office Manager for small local businesses from September 1997 to June 2002. Minter's earlier roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the Director at the International School of Curacao, Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, and Assistant to the President at the Foundation for Biomedical Research. Minter's career began as Office Manager at the Law Offices of Cramer, Haber & Lucas, P.C. Minter is an alumnus of The George Washington University.
