Erika Zollett

Co-leader, NOAA Ocean Guardians at NOAA

Erika Zollett currently serves as the Executive Director of the Greti U. Croft Center for Undergraduate Environmental Leadership at UC Santa Barbara and manages the Environmental Leadership Incubator, a program designed to train undergraduate students in environmental leadership through student-initiated projects. In addition, Zollett co-leads NOAA Ocean Guardians, focusing on marine environmental education for elementary students. As a Board Member and Fundraising Chair for the Santa Barbara Sea Shell Association, Zollett successfully raised significant funds through various initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Marine Scientist at MRAG Americas, where Zollett focused on protected species and fisheries conservation. Zollett holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources and Earth Systems Science from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bates College.
