Robin Tuttle

Robin Tuttle currently serves as a Project Leader in the Residential Buildings Research Group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, focusing on decarbonization initiatives for high-performance, energy-efficient, and demand-flexible buildings. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager supporting energy efficiency projects and contributing to the Better Buildings Workforce Accelerator and Plug & Process Loads Technology Research Team. As a Senior Program Analyst at Boston Government Services, Robin provided project management support for U.S. initiatives. Previously, as an Energy & Sustainability Specialist at CB&I, Robin planned and implemented energy efficiency programs and worked on environmental compliance projects. An early career role as an Integration Analyst at Penske Logistics involved transitioning logistics software for a major client. Robin holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Environmental Policy & Management, with a focus on Sustainability and Energy from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics Management from The Ohio State University.
