Jeff Howard

Jeff Howard, PE, CCM, currently serves as a Senior Project Delivery Leader as well as South Carolina CEI Manager and Project Manager at RK&K since January 2020. Prior to RK&K, Jeff held the position of Construction Services Regional Manager at ATCS, P.L.C. from May 2015 to January 2020, and worked as a Senior Construction Manager at CES Consulting LLC between 2013 and 2015. From 2005 to 2013, Jeff served as a Construction Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Old Dominion University in 2022 and an Associate of Science degree in the same field from Laurel Ridge Community College in 2016.
