Kane Pappas is an accomplished professional in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and food service management with extensive experience spanning multiple roles. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Assistant to the Director of the International School of Hospitality, Sports, & Tourism Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University since March 2016, Kane also coordinates the Retail, Tourism and Hospitality Talent Network. Additionally, since January 2014, Kane has been a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Examination Proctor with the National Restaurant Association. Previous positions include Retail Director at Drew University and various roles as Assistant Food Service Director at ARAMARK Higher Education, The Juilliard School, and St. Thomas Aquinas College. Kane began a career in food service management with an internship at Meadowlands Sports Complex and worked as a Safety Manager at PNC Bank Arts Center. Kane holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management Studies, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
