Jonathan Falls

Jonathan Falls has extensive experience in various administrative and customer service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Specialist in Facilities and Administrative Services at the National Student Clearinghouse since September 2015, Jonathan has previously held positions as a Workplace Services Technician and HR & Office Assistant, assisting with sensitive projects and HR tasks. Prior experience includes a contract role at HireStrategy focused on alumni outreach and IT facilities support, and several years at Medical Solutions, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager, optimizing processes for a diverse range of products. Additional experience includes retail roles at Crate and Barrel and tax analysis at ZC Sterling. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from St. Bonaventure University.
