Srikant Iyer

Srikant Iyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy for Personal Lines, Enterprise Technology, Digital and Innovation at Nationwide since June 2023, Srikant also contributes as a Board Member and Chair of the Innovation & Transformation Council at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Srikant held leadership positions at Wells Fargo, overseeing Home Lending Originations Product Strategy & Transformation, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where roles included Managing Director positions focused on Home Lending Sales Transformation, Corporate Home Lending, and Strategy & Business Development. Srikant's career began at Capgemini and ABB Industrial Systems, with a strong technical foundation in chemical engineering and finance, holding an MBA from The Ohio State University and advanced degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of Mumbai.
