Sophia You

Sophia You is an experienced professional in product innovation and strategy, currently serving as the Product Innovation Manager at Native Pet since July 2022. In this role, Sophia oversees product conceptualization and development, conducts market research, and maintains communication with the leadership team to align product strategies with business objectives. Sophia's previous positions include Strategy & Operations Associate and Business Analyst at Native Pet, where significant contributions were made to enhance product pipeline strategies and improve operational efficiency. As a co-founder of Cozy Cabbage, Sophia works to redefine American cuisine through innovative kimchi offerings. Additionally, participation in the Venture For America fellowship program has equipped Sophia with entrepreneurial skills. Earlier experience includes roles at WorkWIP, Anomaly Films, and KBS, where contributions ranged from refining business strategies to coordinating production logistics.
