Kaylee Smith

Kaylee Smith is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in business banking and legal technology. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at NatWest Group, Kaylee has led significant projects, including the successful deployment of the first legal chatbot at RBS. Previous roles at NatWest include supporting a range of digital ventures and managing legal aspects of commercial banking. Kaylee began the legal career at Shoosmiths as a trainee solicitor, contributing to dispute resolution and intellectual property sectors, and has also held positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Bank of Scotland. Committed to community service, Kaylee actively volunteers with Collaboration For Kids to promote healthy eating habits among children. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law, Birmingham.
