Noel Lyons

Noel Lyons is a seasoned design executive with extensive experience in leading human-centered design initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Design Officer at NatWest Group since June 2023, Noel previously held the same title at Barclays from November 2018 to July 2023, where the focus was on design strategy, implementation, and enhancing customer experiences. Prior roles at Barclays included Head of Experience Design and Digital Design Director, showcasing a commitment to embedding Design Thinking across the organization. Noel is a founding partner of the award-winning design agency KentLyons and has also held various positions in design and project management within notable companies such as the BBC and Bloomsbury Publishing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Wolverhampton.
