MacHael Heise

Machael Heise is an experienced professional in the insurance and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Training at Navy Mutual Aid Association since May 2024. Prior to this role, Machael held various significant positions at Ethos, including Director of Compliance, Senior Compliance Manager, and Insurance Product Manager from October 2019 to May 2024.
