Claudia Ginebra Ceballos Lassaletta is currently working as a Customer Success Assistance Specialist at Nazaríes. Claudia Ginebra is responsible for preparing training sessions for customers, managing ticketing programs, resolving incidents, and providing technical support analysis. Prior to this, Claudia Ginebra volunteered at Erasmus Student Network Granada and worked as a bartender at Shamrock Irish Pub in Kassel. Claudia holds degrees in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Granada and German Studies from the University of Kassel.
