Robin Baldwin Charles, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in global talent development with significant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Senior Director at NBCUniversal, Robin specializes in translating DEI strategies into leadership resources and is instrumental in initiatives such as the Here Robin Can program. Prior to this role, Robin held various positions at DREAM, where impactful training programs and diversity initiatives were developed. Additional experiences include serving as an AmeriCorps Director, managing compliance and professional development for service members, and providing education as a graduate teaching assistant. Robin holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Africana Studies from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida, complemented by executive education from Columbia Business School.
