Audrey Rogers

Audrey Rogers currently serves as the Vice President of Securities and Corporate Governance at NCR Voyix, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Audrey worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Global Payments Inc. from March 2023 to November 2023, focusing on corporate and securities matters. Previously, Audrey gained significant experience as Senior Corporate Counsel at EVO Payments, Inc. from May 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included SEC filings, securities compliance, corporate governance, and supporting finance-related teams. Audrey started her legal career as a Corporate Associate at King & Spalding, serving from September 2017 to May 2021, after completing summer associate positions at the same firm and at Davis, Pickren, Seydel & Sneed. Audrey Rogers earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in French and Finance from The University of Georgia.
