Cristina Loustaunau is an experienced professional in the fields of blockchain education and technology. Currently serving as a LATAM chapter member for Crypto Valley Association and Hub Coordinator at DFINITY, Cristina is also a co-founder of Zona Tres, which organizes Layer1 Week, an event centered on education, blockchain, and Web3. As a co-founder of NEAR Protocol, Cristina focuses on expanding blockchain education in Latin America, particularly through organized bootcamps. Additionally, Cristina has been a professor at Universidad Tecnológica de Nayarit since 2017, where efforts to enhance NEAR protocol education are implemented. Previous roles include Marketing Lead at Nativonft and a wealth management executive at BBVA Bancomer, contributing significant financial advisory expertise. Cristina holds a degree in systems of information administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora and a diploma in competencies-based education from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
