Síofra Flood

Síofra Flood serves as General Counsel and Executive Adviser at Nearform since January 2017. Previously, Síofra held the position of Interim COO at Drop, where an iPad-connected kitchen scale and digital baking assistant was developed. As COO at Swrve from October 2011 to October 2014, Síofra managed finance, legal, and operational matters, successfully coordinating a $10 million Series B funding round. An experienced legal professional, Síofra has also provided in-house legal consultancy services at OpenJaw Technologies and worked on various legal consulting projects within the IT sector. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Havok, where Síofra was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Intel, and Legal Counsel at IONA Technologies PLC, contributing to the firm's IPO in 1997. Síofra holds an LLB in Law from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the New York Bar.
