Wouter van Dokkum

Wouter van Dokkum has extensive experience in Human Resource Management, currently serving as Manager HRM & Safety at Nedal Aluminium B.V. since 2007, overseeing HRM functions for 250 employees, including labor relations, safety, health, benefits, and organizational practices. Prior roles include Manager HRM and HRM advisor, responsible for various HRM functions at different employee scales within Nedal Aluminium. Wouter van Dokkum's previous experience includes HRM roles at A.Hak, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Aetax. Academically, Wouter van Dokkum holds a Master’s degree in Arbeid, Management & Organisatie from Utrecht University, along with a Bachelor degree in HRM from Windesheim, and has furthered professional development through courses at Language Institute Regina Coeli and Krauthammer.
