Oscar Gestblom

Oscar Gestblom serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communication and Executive Vice President of People & Brand at Nefab since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading the transformation of the brand, enhancing marketing and communications through digital strategies, and improving employee engagement indicated by a significant increase in eNPS. Prior to joining Nefab, Oscar held various senior marketing positions at Ericsson from 1999 to 2021, focusing on demand generation, product marketing, and market perception within different service portfolios. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing from Linköping University, along with numerous leadership and communication courses from prestigious institutions.
