Prior to this, Shruti worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini from March 2021 to February 2023 and as an HR Executive at Network Tech Lab (I) Private Limited from April 2019 to March 2021. Shruti completed their PGDM in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2022 after obtaining a Bsc in Computer Science from Mumbai University Mumbai in 2016.
