Chetan Nair

Chetan Nair is a research assistant at Stanford University's Department of Computer Science within the Stanford Empirical Security Research Group, and a Neo Scholar at Neo, both starting in November and October 2023, respectively. Chetan has held positions as a software engineering intern at Snowflake on the Product Security team and as a Defense Innovation Scholar for the Gordian Knot Center for National Security Innovation on Project Myoushu. Additionally, Chetan has been a Pear Garage Fellow at Pear VC, a data engineering intern at FLYR Labs, and a software engineer at Krane and The OG App, contributing to various projects focusing on system design, full-stack development, and data aggregation. Chetan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science expected from Stanford University in 2025, alongside an undergraduate degree in the same field from Stanford University and an IB Diploma from GEMS Education. Chetan also has completed online courses in astronomy and physics through Coursera.
