Jorge Arroyo

Jorge Arroyo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business leadership. Currently serving as Country Manager for Neogen Corporation in Canada since September 2022, Jorge leads the organization’s efforts in Food Safety, Livestock, Genomics, and Specialty Markets. Prior to this role, a notable tenure at 3M spanned nearly two decades, where Jorge held various positions including National Sales Director and Business Leader for the Food Safety Division. Responsibilities included driving growth targets, strategic planning, and financial oversight. Earlier experiences encompass roles as Operations Manager and Business Development Manager, as well as significant contributions in manufacturing and production leadership. Jorge's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
