Donna Jolly Jacob is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior QA at NEOGOV since August 2022, Donna has previously held positions including Project Manager QA at TiaTech, Quality Assurance Specialist at Blackboard, and Test Lead at Tech Mahindra. In addition, experience includes roles as a Senior Test Engineer at UST Global and Senior Project Engineer at Wipro. Donna holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
