Nikunj Agrawal

Nikunj Agrawal has over two decades of diverse experience in operations and business excellence within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as D.V.P. of Operation and Business Excellence at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. since March 2013, Nikunj focuses on establishing scalable operations nationwide and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Previously, as Assistant Vice President of Operations at Atos Worldline from November 2011 to October 2013, responsibilities included managing POS application certification and ensuring compliance with RBI mandates. Nikunj also held significant roles at Atom Technologies Ltd as Head of Product Management and at Venture Infotek in various management capacities. Educational qualifications include a Six Sigma Black Belt from QAI in 2007 and a Master of Commerce in Cost Account from 1999 to 2001.
