Derek Siew

Derek Siew is an experienced design leader currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at Compass Digital Labs, where the focus is on enhancing hospitality through technology. In addition, Derek holds the position of Creative Leader at Neol, a platform dedicated to empowering creative professionals. Previously, Derek was a Design Director at Fjord, contributing to flagship products and establishing impactful design strategies. As a Design Lead at IDEO, Derek was part of the pioneering team in design thinking. Earlier in their career, Derek worked as a Designer and Client Relationship Manager at KISKA, a Designer at Continuum, and a Designer at Design Exchange, earning multiple design awards. Derek's educational background includes a degree in Industrial and Product Design from Temasek Polytechnic and executive education from Harvard Business School.
