Philip Gullett

Philip Gullett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management and development within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Region Head for Trojena at NEOM since September 2020, Gullett previously held key leadership roles, including Managing Director of Development at Canary Wharf Group plc and Chief Operating Officer at Battersea Power Station Development Company Ltd. Notably, Gullett was instrumental in establishing and overseeing the project management and construction teams following the acquisition of Battersea by the Malaysian Consortium. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer UK at Treasury Holdings Limited, focusing on the ambitious mixed-use development at Battersea Power Station. Gullett's career began at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, where a 20-year tenure involved leading numerous significant commercial and residential projects. Gullett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying from London South Bank University.
