Khiara Biagi Hinojosa is a seasoned professional in human capital management, currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant in Change Management at NEORIS since August 2021. With a robust background that includes roles as Chief of Staff for Strategic Management & People Operations and participation in the Eagle Alumni Accelerated Professional Growth Program, Khiara brings extensive experience in organizational change and people operations. Previous positions include US HR Analyst at PepsiCo, HR & Talent Development Intern at KPMG México, and Safety Culture Adoption Intern at Daltile, among others. Khiara is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Capital Management at Universidad Anáhuac, building on a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Monterrey.
