Lisa Grayson has extensive work experience in various roles related to service operations, project management, and business engagement. Lisa has recently worked as a Service Operations Director at Nephos Technologies and as a Head of PMO/Service Architect at COINS. Prior to that, Lisa held positions such as Head of PMO/Business Engagement and Business Engagement Manager at Keepmoat Homes, where they were responsible for leading complex business change initiatives, developing strategic project portfolios, and managing stakeholder relationships. Lisa also worked as a Commercial Systems Manager at COINS, a Business System Programme Manager at Avant Homes, and an IT Project Manager at Keepmoat Homes. Additionally, Lisa has experience in procurement and information management from their roles at Bradford Council and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. Lisa began their career as an ICT Help Desk Consultant at Integrated Manufacturing System and worked as a Help Desk Support/Administrator at Digital Computer Services and a Production Department Secretary at Starion International.
Lisa Grayson attended Wath Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1989. Lisa then went on to study NVQ Business Studies at Rotherham College Arts and Technology from 1989 to 1991.
