Mia Luostarinen is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in global marketing and brand development. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Neste since November 2021, Mia focuses on building brand strength and driving data-driven marketing initiatives to support business growth. Previously, Mia held several pivotal positions at Neste, including Head of Digital Services & Marketing and Head of Brand Marketing & Digital Services, all aimed at enhancing brand awareness and thought leadership. Before joining Neste, Mia worked as a Principal Consultant at Reaktor, where expertise in growth acceleration and digital marketing capabilities was developed, and led the Content & Creative Business Unit at Avaus, focusing on marketing technology. Additional experience includes roles at TBWA\Helsinki, Trainers' House Plc, Finpro Marketing Ltd, and Visit Finland.
