Gagan Gandhi

Gagan Gandhi is a Senior Scientist in Product Development at Nestlé Health Science since August 2020, with a background in formulating Plant-Based Foods. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Scientist II at Chobani, where Gagan developed and launched the Oat-based blends platform, overseeing projects from concept to commercialization. Gagan's earlier roles consisted of a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, where research focused on fouling behavior in dairy processing, and positions at Nestlé and Modern Dairies Limited, contributing to various aspects of product development and operations management. Gagan holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Dairy Microbiology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology, all from respected institutions.
