Sergio Kurtscheidt

Sergio Kurtscheidt currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Nestlé, where responsibilities include leading performance improvements across 33 factories in the USA and implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies such as TPM and Lean Value Stream. Previously, Sergio served as Factory Manager at Nestlé USA, managing manufacturing operations with annual budgets of 400 million USD and 1500 employees, as well as managing overall factory operations in Nestlé México with a focus on milk powders and coffee-creamers. With additional experience as a Production Manager and Project Leader in international operational improvement projects, Sergio has established a strong background in manufacturing excellence. Sergio holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and has prior experience in consultancy roles in technology and telecommunication.
