Lene Schantz Harlow

Lene Schantz Harlow has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Late Stage Manufacturing Development at Genmab since March 2015. Lene has held several leadership roles at Genmab, including Senior Director and Director within the Late Stage Manufacturing Development and CMC divisions. Prior to joining Genmab, Lene worked at H. Lundbeck A/S as a Senior Development Scientist and Development Scientist, and at Pharmexa A/S as a Research Scientist. Lene also gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Roskilde University and held a position as a Research Scientist at the University of Copenhagen. Lene holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Biochemistry, both from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
