Tyece Wilkins-Amadi

Tyece Wilkins-Amadi is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) management, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Nestlé since April 2025. Previously, Tyece held various leadership roles at BAE Systems, Inc., including Senior Manager of Employee Resource Groups & Inclusive Well-Being, where responsibilities encompassed driving DEI strategies, overseeing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and promoting holistic well-being practices. Tyece’s earlier experience spans roles in communications and engagement at CEB (now Gartner) and Raytheon, where strategic communications efforts enhanced employee engagement and recognition. Tyece holds an MBA from George Mason University and a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland.
