Luke Hargreaves

Luke Hargreaves is an experienced professional in the energy and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading evidence-based initiatives to enhance colleague experiences.
