Mark completed his PhD at Cardiff University, where he used Text Mining and Machine Learning to automate analyzing patient stories of chronic illness shared through social media. He joined Netacea in 2016 to apply machine learning to bot detection. As Chief Technical Architect, Mark helps drive the technical vision for our platform working closely with the development and data science teams.
