Salil Jani

Salil Jani is a seasoned legal and business professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder, and Board Member at NetBox Labs since March 2023. As a Founding Member of The L Suite since June 2017, Salil contributes to a community of Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels focused on career advancement and company growth. Previously, Salil held the position of Chief Legal Officer and VP of Corporate Development at NS1 from March 2017 to March 2023 and served as Partner at Norris McLaughlin, where responsibilities included General Counsel and oversight of technology companies, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investments. Additional experience includes Director and Chair of Governance Committee at Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity, and positions at Creekside Capital and Clifford Chance, emphasizing expertise in capital markets, securities offerings, and corporate advisory. Salil Jani holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Finance from Seton Hall University, supplemented by education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
