Shanzhen Chen

Shanzhen Chen is an experienced leader in quality assurance and software development, currently serving as President of QA at NetEase since May 2013, where Shanzhen has spearheaded the development of AI innovations, including a game AI NPC system impacting over 10 titles. Prior to NetEase, Shanzhen was a Senior Software Development Manager at PPLive, managing the development organization and project management team for an advertising platform that significantly contributed to a 10x revenue growth. Experience also includes a role as Program Manager at Microsoft, managing the Push Notification service and scaling its capacity, as well as an internship at Amazon.com and a research assistant position at Aalto University. Shanzhen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software from Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, a Value Investing Course Certificate from Columbia Business School, and has completed an exchange study in Computer Science at Teknillinen korkeakoulu.
