Dan Sullivan is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in the creative production and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Program Management at Netflix since January 2018, Dan leads a team of Data and Operations Program Managers to implement effective operations strategies that optimize business efforts and enhance efficiency. Prior to Netflix, Dan held various leadership roles at R/GA from April 2007 to December 2017, including Managing Director of Business Operations and Managing Director of Production, where responsibilities encompassed global operations consulting and managing diverse client projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Wunderman and Software Developer & Project Manager at HP. Dan holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
