Devon Williams

Devon Williams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs for Series at Netflix since January 2019, Devon previously held the position of Counsel for Original Series at the same company. Prior to joining Netflix, Devon worked as Associate General Counsel for Video Content and Production at Facebook, leading the legal team for Facebook Watch's Original Content division. Experience also includes serving as Counsel for Business and Legal Affairs at WME|IMG, where Devon managed legal and business affairs for unscripted/non-fiction content and live events. Earlier roles include working as an Entertainment Associate at Gray Krauss Des Rochers LLP, an M&A Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, a Corporate Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP, and a Judicial Intern at the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Devon holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
