At Netflix, from October 2020 to July 2023, Mason served as Senior Manager for Content Finance & Strategy, leading a team focused on developing Netflix's metric ecosystem and advancing SVOD strategy and economics. Previous roles at Netflix included Manager positions in Content Finance & Strategy and Content Strategy & Analysis, where Mason was integral to analyzing content valuation and informing production and acquisition decisions.
