Sylwia Debinska

Sylwia Debinska currently serves as Head of People and Culture at Nethermind, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sylwia was the Head of Human Resources at Alight and held significant positions at Deloitte Poland, including Human Resources Director and Board Member for Deloitte Polska Foundation. With extensive experience in human resources management, Sylwia has led talent strategies, recruitment processes, and performance management initiatives across various organizations, beginning with an HR Assistant role at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and various certifications in coaching and human resources management.
