Katherine Behrens is an experienced association leader with over 10 years of executive level finance and operations experience. Most recently she was the Member Programs Executive at Urban Libraries Council (ULC) where she led program development to address the changing needs of members and increase member collaboration. She also served as the association’s Finance and Administration Executive. Prior to ULC she was the Chief Operating Officer at Educational Research Service where she led business strategy development, partnerships, and overall association operations. She has dedicated her career to non-profits working to create equity through access. Katherine has a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeMoyne College and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
