Ivaylo Nikolov

Ivaylo Nikolov has extensive experience in network and unified communications engineering, currently serving as Team Lead, Collaboration Support and Cisco Unified Communications Engineer at Netrix Global since October 2012, while also holding the position of Cisco Unified Communications Support Engineer at TetraVX, a subsidiary of Netrix LLC. Prior to these roles, Ivaylo worked as a Network Engineer at CNsys PLC, where responsibilities included implementing and supporting corporate networks and unified communication solutions. Early career experience includes working as a Tour Guide at Balkan Horn and performing electrical installations as an Electrical Technician at Elima 10. Ivaylo holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunication from Technical University Sofia, as well as a professional secondary degree in Audio and Video from "A.S. Popov" - Sofia.
