Darshana Fierro

Darshana Fierro has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Darshana currently holds the position of Agile Product Owner at Netspend, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NCR Corporation from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Product Owner/Scrum Master and then as a Product Owner/Release Manager. In 2015, they worked as a Product Manager at Merchant Customer Exchange LLC (MCX). Before that, they had a long tenure at NCR Corporation, starting in 2011, where they held roles such as Business Systems Analyst I and Quality Assurance Analyst III/II. Darshana began their career at Radiant Systems Inc. in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Internship.

Darshana Fierro obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired additional certifications. In December 2021, they obtained the "Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in December 2020, they obtained the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance.
