James Fletcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering support systems, project analysis, and quality improvement. Currently serving as Manager Engineering Support Systems at Network Aviation since November 2022, James has also held significant roles at the Australian Electoral Commission, overseeing polling operations during federal elections. A former Quality Improvement Lead at Serco, James implemented substantial enhancements to quality management in a healthcare setting. With additional experience in hospitality, including positions at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, James blends operational excellence with a commitment to service delivery. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of Western Australia.

Network Aviation is a West Australian based company that has been providing air charter services since 1998. Over the last 20 years Network has grown significantly, and in 2011 became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group. Network operates the largest fleet of Fokker 100’s at Perth Airport with 17 aircraft along with 6 Airbus 320's operating over 300 weekly flights to destinations throughout WA and beyond. Network caters for the resources industry Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO), regular passenger services on behalf of Qantas, corporate charter and routine or emergency freight. From movement of personnel to or from a remote mine site or an aircraft charter for a corporate event, Network can tailor its service to meet any requirements.
