Daniel Olaya Mojica is a telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in IT support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Network for Learning since July 2022, Daniel specializes in Fortinet firewall modifications and policy fine-tuning. Previously, roles at Twist IT included Help Desk Support and IT Support Technician, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint systems. Daniel's earlier experience includes BSC/RAN Engineer roles at Nokia, managing RAN network configurations and conducting performance checks, alongside NOC Front Office Engineer and supervisory positions at Huawei Technologies and NEC Corporation. Daniel began a career in IT at Banco AV Villas and gained analytical skills at IDEAM. A graduate of Universidad Piloto de Colombia, Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
