Angel S. Viloria III is a seasoned training and education specialist with extensive experience in building training programs and organizations from the ground up across various industries. Currently serving as a Training Manager at Network Optix since December 2023, Angel previously held the position of Director of Training and Documentation at Ordway, where a comprehensive training program named Ordway University was established. Angel has also contributed significantly to CloudBees, Host Analytics Inc, and Zuora, Inc., focusing on enhancing training effectiveness, automation, and client retention through innovative training methodologies. With a foundational background in instructional design from Southern Illinois University and graduate studies in educational technology from Pepperdine University, Angel has a proven track record in developing impactful training solutions that drive client success and revenue growth.
