Adam Mead

Adam Mead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Planner at Network Rail since August 2020, Adam leads initiatives in HS2 and major programmes integration, focusing on performance analysis and stakeholder collaboration to enhance railway reliability. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions in the hospitality sector at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, culminating in the role of General Manager, where management of a £1.6 million sales portfolio and a team of 25 was achieved. Adam also contributes as a volunteer at Nene Valley Railway Limited. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & History from Kingston University.
