Robert Cannell

Robert Cannell is an experienced professional in the fields of commercial development and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Development and Telecommunications Category Lead at Network Rail since November 2012. Prior to this role, Robert held positions such as Network Category Manager at Barclays Capital and Network Procurement Consultant at Lloyds TSB Bank plc. Additional experience includes roles at Vanco as UK Sales Operations Manager and Carrier Relations Manager, AT&T as Director of Strategic Sales and Transition Programme Manager, and IBM Global Network Services as Program Manager. Robert holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from City St George’s, University of London.
